Signature One-Meter Antipasto Board – A selection of our chef’s favorite fried, fresh, and baked antipasti, featuring calamari, arancini, meatballs, zucchini flowers, prosciutto, sopressa salami, pistachio mortadella, buffalo mozzarella, and mixed olives. Served with our house-baked woodfired bread.

Main Course

Pappardelle Ragu – House-made pasta with slow-braised lamb shoulder, red wine, Kalamata
olives, rosemary, and Pecorino Romano.
Squid Ink Ravioli – Handmade ravioli filled with prawns and chives, served with cherry
tomatoes and a seafood bisque.
Pumpkin Pansotti – House-made pumpkin pansotti with mascarpone foam, crispy sage brown
butter, and roasted almond flakes.
Wild Funghi Risotto – Wild, hand-picked seasonal mushrooms with truffle and Pecorino
Romano.
Grilled Tuna – Fresh Australian tuna steak with smoked baba ganoush, fennel, pomegranate,
and cucumber salad.
Beef Eye Fillet – 250g beef eye fillet with potato gratin, seasonal greens, confit cherry
tomatoes, and red wine jus.
Gamberoni alla Griglia – Fresh, crispy king prawns grilled with lemon-garlic-parsley butter,
served with fresh focaccia bread for dipping.
Lamb Rump with Salsa Verde – Lamb rump with fresh couscous salad, heirloom tomatoes,
diced cucumber, and fresh herbs, finished with salsa verde.
